Job summary

US Conec, Ltd. is seeking a bilingual Assembly Lead to oversee kit inspection and assembly on our 3rd shift.

You will guide assembly operators, ensure SPI standards, and drive safety, quality, and productivity across the department, with emphasis on training and team development. The role requires bilingual English/Spanish, ability to work 7:00pm–3:30am (or 6:00pm–2:30am), prior leadership experience in manufacturing, strong communication, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Shift work experience on 3rd shift preferred.
• Experience in a lead role within a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail required.
• Results-oriented with adaptability to change.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee kit inspection and assembly operations on 3rd shift.
• Guide and support assembly operators; ensure SPI standards and procedures.
• Track operator quality performance and oversee rework procedures.
• Identify and resolve safety, quality, and production issues.
• Conduct operator training sessions based on SPI documentation.
• Provide daily guidance to department team members and communicate with leadership.
