Live! Casino & Hotel Maryland is seeking bilingual Asian Special Event Representatives for on-site events, campaigns, and conferences.

This entry-level role emphasizes excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills with a pleasant, outgoing personality and flexible scheduling requirements. Responsibilities include training on promotional systems, event setup and breakdown, guest engagement, handling inquiries, and accurate data entry for guest rewards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or five years equivalent in professional experience required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and/or Entertainment based field preferred.
• Proficient in the full suite of Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Complete training on all promotional systems as directed by supervisor.
• Oversee setup/breakdown for events & promotions.
• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer all customer inquiries.
• Responsible for promotional inventory day of execution.
• Record customer information within the program database.
• Ensure that all items given to guests have been properly redeemed and accounted for on their players accounts using gaming system.
• Assist and troubleshoot any issues guests may have at promotional kiosks during a promotion.
• Give detailed report to supervisor on strengths and opportunities that took place during the event/promotion.
• Ensure all marketing programs are successful from beginning to end.
• Offer support and solutions to guests in accordance with the company's customer service policies.
