Live! Casino & Hotel Philadelphia is seeking an Assistant Asian Marketing Manager to coordinate across Asian marketing programs, manage budgets, and support event planning.

You will work with the Asian Marketing Manager to schedule events, review contracts, and ensure smooth execution of promotions and activations. The role requires 1-2 years of international events planning, proficiency with MS Office, and eligibility for necessary Maryland licensure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or entertainment field preferred or equivalent experience required.
• 1-2 years in planning international events.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Must be able to obtain Maryland Lottery license.

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and execute all Asian Marketing programs.
• Drive appropriate media mix in line with the Asian Marketing plan.
• Assist with contracts, proposals, purchases, and event documentation.
• Track expenses and prepare pro forma analyses for events.
• Coordinate events with vendors, food & beverage, decor, and gifts.
• Manage staff assignments for Asian Marketing events and ensure on-time execution.
