O'Reilly Auto Parts in Texas seeks a Parts Specialist to deliver high-level service to retail and installer customers and to assist store management with tasks. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and the role includes in-store and some on-the-road responsibilities.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting with parts selection, processing transactions, managing exchanges, and supporting stock updates. ASE certification and Spanish language ability are valued assets.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service.
• ASE certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)

Responsibilities

• Greet retail/walk-in customers in a friendly, courteous manner and assist with merchandise selection.
• Assist managers and installer service specialists for professional customers.
• Process exchanges and returns per policy.
• Answer store calls, look up parts, quote prices, and promote offers.
• Handle cash, checks, and card transactions securely.
• Perform daily store tasks including stocking, fronting shelves, and image maker planning.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle as needed.
• All other duties as assigned.
