Qualifications

• Leadership experience in supervising and developing a team in retail.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing staff.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory, and performance to drive results.
• Follow store procedures, manage cash handling, and reduce shrinkage.
• Collaborate with staff and department leaders to ensure seamless operations.
• Lead efforts to exceed sales targets and optimize inventory and merchandising.
• Uphold PPE use, safety standards, and risk-management practices.
• Support commercial accounts and hub departments for timely deliveries.
• Resolve customer concerns and store issues promptly and professionally.
