• Follow store procedures, manage inventory, oversight cash handling, shrink control.
• Collaborate with staff and department leaders to maintain exceptional customer service.
• Lead efforts in sales and inventory management, optimize stock and returns.
• Enforce PPE and safety standards to promote a safe work environment.
• Support commercial accounts and hub departments to ensure timely deliveries.
• Resolve customer issues promptly while upholding company policies.
