Job summary

Arion Care Solutions is seeking a bilingual Area Supervisor to oversee Direct Support Professionals, administrative staff, and a defined member caseload. The role focuses on high-quality service delivery, compliance, and building strong relationships with members, families, and staff.

The position is remote, with some travel and in-person meetings as required, and demands fluency in English and Spanish, along with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish required.
• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years related experience preferred.
• Ability to pass background check and obtain DPS Fingerprint Card.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Supervise DSPs and administrative staff.
• Manage member caseloads and attend planning meetings.
• Oversee payroll, billing, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, funding, and service requirements.
• Train DSPs on timekeeping, data entry, and service documentation.
• Track certifications, compliance, and service data.
• Address service concerns and incidents.
• Participate in on-call rotation and required meetings.
