Job summary

Related Group is seeking an AP Specialist for its Miami, FL office. You will prepare invoices, code to PO lines, oversee project payments, and reconcile AP statements while supporting the Construction Accounting Department.

Role requires 2+ years in AP or accounting, bilingual English/Spanish, and strong communication skills. Construction experience is a plus and a fast-paced environment is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years ofAccounts Payable or Accounting experience.
• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• Experience in Construction is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare invoices for entry and code to purchase orders.
• Oversee recurring project payments (leases, utilities, services).
• Reconcile monthly statements and maintain AP records.
• Supervise AP email inbox and vendor communications.
• Investigate and resolve AP processing issues with vendors/subcontractors.
• Prepare lien releases and maintain project payments.
• Communicate with subcontractors on missing documents.
• Analyze and reconcile AP GL accounts monthly.
