Job summary

Success Education Colleges is seeking an Admissions Representative to manage the full admissions cycle, presenting campus programs to prospective students and guiding applicants through enrollment. The role requires a strong sales and customer service background and bilingual communication in English and Spanish.

The position is full-time, permanent, at our Riverside-area campus, with an emphasis on integrity, compliance, and student-first service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have previous face-to-face sales, marketing or customer service experience.
• Admissions experience in a post-secondary college or university is required; or with marketing/sales at least 5 years.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of the admissions process and enroll qualified students.
• Present campus programs to prospective students.
• Conduct admissions activities with integrity and in compliance with policies and regulations.
• Schedule interviews and follow up with applicants.
• Input activity into the database and maintain records.
• Coordinate student needs with other departments.
• Represent the campus at events and meet enrollment goals.
