Job summary

CFGC in Northridge is seeking a full-time Bilingual Pre-Admission Specialist (AM) for the on-site Reception department. The role centers on welcoming clients, checking in, collecting financial information, and assisting with paperwork.

You will also manage scheduling for clinical staff and make daily reminder calls. English/Spanish bilingualism, strong communication, punctuality, and at least two years in a medical/administrative setting are required; starting wage is $20.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Strong time-management and planning abilities.

• Minimum 2 years in a medical/administrative/mental health office setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients, direct visitors, answer inquiries professionally.
• Check in clients for appointments and notify clinicians.
• Process appointment cancellations and no-show appointments.
• Assist with pre-admissions, including financial screenings and paperwork.
• Enter weekly schedules and schedule changes for clinical staff.
• Make daily reminder calls to confirm appointments.
• Fully on-site schedule: Mon-Thu 8:30am–5:30pm, Fri 8:30am–5:00pm.
• Starting salary: $20.00 per hour.
