Job summary

Nova Southeastern University is seeking a communications professional to plan, develop, and execute content for Undergraduate Admissions, enhancing recruitment, engagement, and retention across web, email, social media, and events.

You will edit web pages within a CMS, collaborate with PR/Marketing and OIIT, and ensure brand voice and messaging align with NSU standards while supporting enrollment goals and student success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in English, Communications, or related field.
• Up to two years of relevant work-related experience in communications and enrollment marketing.
• Basic graphic content experience.
• Basic CRM experience.
• Basic CMS web platform experience.
• Ecomm curation and execution experience.

Responsibilities

• Writes content for Undergraduate Admissions ecomm, social media content calendar, slide presentations, internal print and event materials to engage audiences.
• Identifies main prospect groups and audiences, develops and implements communication plans.
• Performs basic web editing within a CMS to manage admissions web content updates.
• Collaborates with subject matter experts and colleagues for digital content edits and campaigns.
• Writes, edits, and develops emails aligned with enrollment goals.
• Produces promotional materials and presentations using NSU templates and brand guidelines.
• Works with PR/Marketing and OIIT to manage complex communications projects.
• Liaises with academic leaders to develop timely stories for marketing strategies.
• Monitors analytics and optimizes content for SEO and engagement.
• Establishes relationships with community, students, alumni for content opportunities.
• Participates in university activities and events.
