Qualifications

• Full licensing required; Property & Casualty license must be obtained prior to start.
• Life & Health license must be obtained within 45 days from starting.
• Prior experience in sales, marketing, or insurance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct needs-based sales conversations in Spanish and English.
• Develop and manage a consistent pipeline of prospects.
