Job description

Bilingual Accounts Payable Coordinator (Mandarin, English)
  • Full-time

The Accounts Payable Coordinator will support departments across Legend Biotech to ensure invoices, purchase orders, and payments are processed efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in filling payment forms in the OA system for each functional area.
  • Prepare supporting documentation for payments and ensure timely mailing of checks and reimbursements.
  • Maintain accurate records of open purchase orders, un-invoiced receipts, and supplier documentation.
  • Keep paper and electronic records updated to support audits and stakeholder inquiries.
  • Respond promptly to supplier and employee inquiries.
  • Assist in reconciling supplier statements.
  • Collaborate with accounting, suppliers, and stakeholders to improve operational efficiency.
  • Research and resolve discrepancies in accounts payable data.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in accounting or finance.
  • Experience working in the U.S. is preferred.
  • Bilingual in Mandarin and English.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience managing high volumes of work and knowing when to seek help.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Personal and professional integrity.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Diligent, self-motivated, and analytical.
  • Prior experience with accounts payable processing.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and familiar with ERP systems.
