Job summary

Sixth Avenue Hospitality, a dynamic hospitality management group with ~20 locations in Southern California, seeks an Accounting Manager to lead core accounting operations, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting and business performance management. This hands-on role requires translating financial data into actionable leadership recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.
• 8+ years of accounting/FP&A with leadership experience.
• Bilingual English and Korean is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day accounting activities including GL, month-end close, reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Own FP&A process including budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning and reforecasting.
• Manage funding levels and liquidity to support operations and growth initiatives.
• Analyze actual vs budget/forecast; identify drivers, risks and opportunities.
• Provide financial analysis for pricing, investments, headcount, cost optimization and capex.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting with variance analysis and commentary.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics

8+ years accounting/FP&A leadership

Bilingual English and Korean (preferred)
