Job summary

AGM TOOLS, a tooling distributor with 12 USA locations including Texas, seeks a Bilingual Accountant Coordinator Clerk in Houston. You will manage accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, cash flow, budgeting, and maintain the general ledger to provide timely reports for leadership.

Fluency in Spanish and English is required, and the ideal candidate will bring 2–5 years of ERP experience and a strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Accounts receivable and payable 2–5 years experience.
• NetSuite experience preferred.
• Bank reconciliations and cash flow forecasting experience.
• Fluency in Spanish and English required.

Responsibilities

• Manage AP/AR and cash flow processes for multiple locations.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly cash flow projections.
• Close books and maintain the general ledger.
• Produce monthly cost reports for the CEO.
• Monitor inventory, purchasing, and supplier/customer invoices.
• Handle sales controls and daily Excel reporting.
• Oversee insurance controls and daily cash reconciliation.
