Job summary

AUX AIR USA in New Jersey seeks an experienced Accounting professional to manage daily accounting activities, month-end closing, and accurate financial records. The role covers journals, reconciliations, AP processing, and inventory accounting, including COGS, while supporting tax filings and audits.

The candidate will maintain ERP data, provide financial analysis to management, and contribute to process improvements. Fluency in English and Chinese is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2-5 years of accounting or finance experience.
• Knowledge of GL, AP, inventory accounting, and month-end closing.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Experience with a multinational or overseas sales company is preferred.
• Fluency in both English and Chinese is required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting transactions and month-end closing.
• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reports.
• Process vendor invoices, payments, and AP reconciliations.
• Manage inventory accounting, COGS, and inventory reconciliations.
• Support tax filings, audits, and external accounting service providers.
• Prepare financial reports and support management with financial analysis.
• Maintain accurate financial data in the ERP system.
• Support finance process improvements and other accounting projects.
