Applicants should have a high school diploma, be bilingual (Spanish/English), and demonstrate patience, compassion, and reliability. Training opportunities and a supportive clinical team are available to help you grow in the ABA

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish/English is required or highly preferred.
• Patience, compassion and ability to stay calm.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in home/community settings.
• Reliable transportation to clients' homes and community sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as a frontline member of the clinical team in implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
