Job summary

aba360 is seeking compassionate individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community-based locations in New Jersey. No prior experience required; part-time positions starting now, with flexible afternoon/evening opportunities for students.

Responsibilities include implementing evidence-based interventions, recording session data, collaborating with families and the clinical team, and helping clients develop independence and positive behavior.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation.
• Bilingual Spanish/English.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
