Job summary

Links ABA Therapy, LLC in Paterson, NJ is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, helping children build communication, social, and independence skills under supervision.

You’ll receive hands-on training, collaborate with a BCBA, collect data, and support families with progress updates. Part-time, with afternoons/evenings and weekend options; HS diploma required, transportation needed.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children with autism is preferred.
• High school diploma required; coursework in psychology/education a plus.
• Reliable transportation and flexible after-school hours are desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children in home settings.
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
