BK Behavior in Audubon, NJ seeks a dedicated Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism in homes or community settings. You’ll use evidence-based interventions to promote independence and positive behavior, while recording data and coordinating with families.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Must have reliable transportation and ability to travel to homes/locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Serve on the clinical team responsible for skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
