Job summary

ABA360 is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. You will join a clinical team and help implement skill-building and care plans while recording session data on electronic devices.

No experience required for entry, with options for after-school hours and weekend shifts. BK Academy offers RBT training, and tuition discounts may help you pursue certification in this growing field.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Reliable method of transportation.
• Services will be provided in clients' homes or in community-based locations.
• All positions start off part time.
• Encouraged to take the 40 hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
• Minimum 6 month commitment required.
• Typical schedule after school hours during the week with additional hours on weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide one on one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Join the clinical team responsible for direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
