Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation to visit clients at home or community sites.
• Bilingual Spanish/English.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Implement skill building and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
