BK Behavior’s ABA360 division in New Jersey is seeking passionate individuals to become Behavior Technicians. No experience required; training through BK Academy is provided.

Roles focus on one-on-one ABA services with children with Autism, after-school hours, part-time with opportunities to grow. Work in clients' homes or community locations, collaborating with families and the clinical team to implement skill-building plans and track progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Reliable method of transportation.
• Bilingual Spanish/English.
• Need to Knows Services will be provided in clients homes or in the community based locations.
• All positions start off part time.
• Encouraged to take the 40 hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
• Minimum 6 month commitment required.
• Typical Schedule after school hours during the week additional hours available on the weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide one on one ABA services to clients using evidence based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
