Job summary

ABA360 is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations. You will implement skill-building plans with supervision and record session data during each session.

The role emphasizes patience, reliability, and the ability to engage effectively with children with Autism and their families. Training is available through BK Academy, with opportunities in a growing ABA field.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation.
• Bilingual Spanish/English.

Responsibilities

• Provide one on one ABA services to clients using evidence based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
