Job summary

ABA360 seeks a Behavior Technician to deliver one-on-one ABA services in client homes or community locations. No experience required; part-time after-school hours with weekend opportunities. Bilingual Spanish/English candidates are preferred. BK Academy training and potential RBT certification are encouraged to pursue.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation.
• Bilingual Spanish/English.
• Services provided in clients' homes or community locations.
• All positions start off part time.
• Encouraged to take the 40 hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
• Minimum 6 month commitment required.
• Typical schedule after school hours during the week; additional hours on weekends.
• No prior experience required.
• Experience in education or early childhood development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide one on one ABA services to clients using evidence based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
