ABA360 seeks a Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, primarily after-school hours. No prior experience is required, and a path to RBT certification is offered through our BK Academy training program.

Positions start part-time with opportunities for growth in a thriving ABA field. Bilingual Spanish/English is highly valued to support diverse families and enhance treatment effectiveness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children.
• Patience, compassion, and calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation to clients' homes and community sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients with evidence-based interventions.

• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
