Links ABA Therapy in West Orange, NJ seeks a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to work 1:1 with children at home, delivering Applied Behavior Analysis therapy.

You will collect data, implement behavior plans under a BCBA, and help families with strategies; part-time, with afternoons/evenings and weekends preferred. A high school diploma and reliable transportation are required. Benefits are available for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required; college coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation to homes for in-home therapy sessions.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends preferred.
• Experience and passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided).
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
