Job summary

Links ABA Therapy, LLC in Newark, NJ is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in children’s homes, helping build communication, social, and independence skills. You’ll work under a supervising BCBA, receive hands-on training, and participate in data collection and progress updates for families.

Flexible afternoon/evening shifts with after-school availability. Requirements include a high school diploma, reliable transportation, and a passion for helping

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology/education a plus
• Reliable transportation
• Availability for after-school hours and weekends
• Experience and passion for helping children and families

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided)
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates
