Job summary

Links ABA Therapy, LLC is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home settings for children with autism. You will help build communication, social, and independence skills while receiving hands-on training and supervision from a BCBA.

Responsibilities include direct therapy, data collection, collaborating with a BCBA to implement plans, and supporting families with progress updates. Flexible scheduling and ongoing supervision are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology, education, or related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation to home-based sessions.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends.
• Experience and passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided).
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
