Job summary

Links ABA Therapy, LLC seeks a dedicated Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings. You will help build communication, social, and independence skills while receiving hands-on training and mentorship.

You will collect data on treatment goals, work with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans, and support families with progress updates and strategies. Part-time, afternoons/evenings, flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• 1:1 ABA therapy with children on the autism spectrum.
• Data collection on treatment goals during sessions.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA on behavior plans.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided).
