Job summary

Links ABA Therapy seeks a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to deliver in-home ABA therapy to children with autism. You will help develop communication, social and independence skills under supervision, with hands-on training.

Role offers flexible, part-time shifts afternoons/evenings. Training provided; strong data collection and collaboration with BCBA are essential. Reliable transportation and after-school availability are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience or passion for helping children and families.
• Required: high school diploma; college coursework a plus.
• Reliable transportation and after-school/weekend availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided).
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
