Job summary

Soar Autism Center is seeking a Bilingual Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy for children aged 2-6 in our Mesa clinic, delivering services in English and Spanish. You will work under Masters-level clinicians and implement ABA-based intervention plans.

You will participate in ongoing training and family meetings with bilingual support. Join a collaborative, mission-driven team dedicated to advancing care for children on the autism spectrum.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (as verified)
• Proficiency in English and Spanish (Proficiency Test may yield higher pay)
• Preferred: degree in Child Development, Psychology, or related fields
• Must pursue/achieve RBT certification (training provided)
• Experience with children preferred
• Reliable transportation to training location and center
• Physical requirements: lift up to 50 lbs, sit/kneel, etc.
• Team player

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2-6 in the clinic.
• Deliver therapy in English and Spanish.
• Implement intervention plans crafted by Masters-level clinicians.
• Provide bilingual support during family meetings.
• Foster relationships with families and report progress within the ABA framework.
• Engage in ongoing training and development for ABA therapy and RBT certification.
