Job summary

Soar Autism Center in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Bilingual Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2-6 in our clinic, delivering services in English and Spanish. You will implement plans created by Masters-level clinicians, and support families during bilingual meetings to ensure progress aligns with ABA principles.

The role offers paid RBT training, opportunities for advancement, comprehensive health benefits, and a bilingual proficiency bonus of $1/hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (BACB attestation for RBT)
• Bilingual in English and Spanish; proficiency may affect pay
• Preference for enrollment/completion of degree in Child Development/Psychology
• Must maintain RBT certification; paid training provided
• Reliable transportation and punctuality
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform related physical tasks

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2-6 in clinic
• Deliver therapy in English and Spanish
• Implement intervention plans crafted by Masters-level clinicians
• Provide bilingual support during family meetings
• Foster relationships with families and share progress updates
• Engage in ongoing training and development and ABA best practices
