Job summary

STEPS Behavioral Health in Rockville, MD, is hiring a Bilingual Behavior Technician for part-time work providing 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement BCBA-designed treatment plans and collect data on client progress while collaborating with families and team members to support client success.

Candidate must be willing to obtain RBT certification, pass a background check, have reliable transportation, and be fluent in Spanish.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT Certification.
• Experience with children.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willing to travel locally.
• Fluently communicate in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
• Provide communication between the clinical staff and clients.
