Job summary

Links-Aba-Therapy- is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in home settings for children with autism. You’ll collect data, follow behavior plans, and receive mentorship from a supervising BCBA.

You'll help families implement strategies, track progress, and build communication and independence skills. A high school diploma is required; college coursework in psychology or education is a plus; transportation is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; college coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends preferred.
• Experience and passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided).
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
