Job summary

STEPS Behavioral Health in Baltimore is seeking a Bilingual Behavior Technician to support 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings.

You will implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA, collect data on client progress, collaborate with families, and maintain a safe, supportive environment while building your caseload. This role is part-time with evening shifts and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish.
• Experience with children.
• Able to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $21- $24/hour ($25-$28 if certified)

• Shifts: Evenings to start, day shifts available as you build your case load

• Part-Time with Full Time opportunities available

Requirements:

• Must have or be willing to obtain your RBT Certification

• Ability to pass background check
