Butterfly Effects in Fremont, CA is seeking a Bilingual Child Interventionist (Fluent in Spanish) for a part-time after-school role from 3pm to 7pm, 9-15 hours weekly.

You will implement ABA-based behavior plans under a BCBA, observe and report progress, manage challenging behaviors, and collaborate with families to foster communication, social skills and self-care. Growth opportunities toward RBT/BCBA with guidance and financial assistance.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish; excellent communication with families and team.
• Experience or interest in working with children with autism is preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Observes, records, and reports client progress daily.
• Manages challenging behaviors and applies ABA principles.
• Assists clients to acquire academic and life skills as needed.
• Maintains professional communication with parents and team.
• Completes daily paperwork and data entry in our system.
• Participates in ongoing training to increase skills.
• Follows company policies and protects client confidentiality.
