NEW BEGINNINGS ABA COMPANY in Southbridge, MA is seeking a part-time behavior therapist to provide one-to-one ABA instruction to children with autism, focusing on skill development and reducing interfering behaviors.

You will work afternoons, Monday through Friday, 3:00/3:30 pm to 6:00 pm, in a clinic setting with strong administrative and clinical support. The role emphasizes teamwork, confidentiality, and a commitment to ethical practice.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a GED/high school diploma or higher.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• CORI and driving record checks required.
• Able to follow confidentiality and ethics in teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one ABA instruction to children with autism.
• Collaborate with staff, families, and clinical consultants.
• Maintain incident documentation and data in designated programs.
• Support crisis intervention as needed.
