360 Behavioral Health in Inglewood, CA is seeking an Assistant Clinical Supervisor III who is bilingual in Spanish. You will lead a clinical team, supervise staff, and shape high-quality programs that impact clients’ lives.

This role offers opportunities to advance toward BCBA certification while developing leadership skills. You will carry a caseload, supervise technicians, ensure HIPAA compliance, and collaborate with case providers.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, special education, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year providing behavior analysis services.
• Minimum 1 year leading and training staff.
• Experience supervising and developing staff.

Responsibilities

• Carry a caseload and meet service requirements including supervision hours and direct services.
• Manage client programs, monitor progress, and make data-driven treatment adjustments.
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and consult with case providers.
• Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians, including training, feedback, and parent coaching.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, mandated reporting, and company policies.
• Prepare and submit utilization and treatment reports to supervisors.
• Lead team meetings and support staff professional development.
• Participate in special projects and contribute to clinical program improvement.
