Lead the team. Improve the operation. Build what’s next.
At Clemens Food Group, an Operations Supervisor does more than keep production moving. You’ll lead the people and processes behind our 2nd-shift bacon slicing operation—coaching your team, solving problems on the floor, and finding better ways to deliver safe, high-quality product every day.
If you’re the kind of leader who develops people, holds a high standard, and sees opportunities for improvement others miss, this is a role where you can make an impact.
What You’ll Own
What Success Looks Like
You’re building a team people can rely on. Expectations are clear. Problems get addressed instead of passed along. Team members are developing new skills. Production targets are understood and acted on. Safety and food quality stay at the center of every decision.
And when there’s an issue on the floor, your team knows you’ll bring structure, accountability, and a solution-focused approach.
What You Bring
Military leadership experience is welcome. Experience leading teams in environments where safety, accountability, teamwork, and disciplined execution matter can translate well to this role.
Why Clemens Food Group?
This can be more than your next supervisor position. Operations leaders at Clemens have opportunities to expand their responsibilities and grow into broader plant and operations leadership roles.
Our leadership philosophy is straightforward:
Challenge the process. Develop people. Deliver results.
That’s the Clemens Way—and it’s what we expect our leaders to put into practice every day.
