Job summary

Clemens Food Group in Tyrone, PA is hiring a Bilingual 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to lead the bacon slicing operation, coach the team, and solve floor issues to deliver safe, high-quality product.

You will partner with Maintenance, Quality, Materials and other teams, develop staff through cross-training, monitor KPIs, and ensure compliance with HACCP, SSOP and GMP.

Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States and be available for 2nd shift starting around 3:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or frontline leadership experience in production, manufacturing, food processing, or a similar operations environment.
• Track record of coaching people and improving team performance.
• Confidence making decisions in a fast-moving production environment.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience working with operational KPIs, standard work, and compliance requirements.
• Professional bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Availability for 2nd shift, typically beginning around 3:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations for our 2nd-shift bacon slicing team.
• Coach, develop, recognize, and hold team members accountable.
• Build a stronger, more flexible team through cross-training and development.
• Monitor production performance and respond quickly when safety, quality, labor, or efficiency fall off target.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying issues, solving root causes, and following improvements through to completion.
• Partner with Maintenance, Quality, Materials, and other teams to keep the operation running effectively.
• Maintain strong execution of HACCP, SSOP, GMP, safety, and quality requirements.
