Job summary

Trek Store Katy is seeking a DOTS Sales Associate to welcome customers, guide them through cycling goals, and ensure a great ride experience. You will learn about bikes, components, apparel, and technology while delivering exceptional hospitality and helping customers find the right products.

You'll participate in daily huddles, follow the Guide Sales Process, and contribute to store merchandising. A strong positive attitude and desire to learn are essential in this role.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets of at least $400,000 for full-time associates.
• Provide exceptional hospitality and guidance to customers during their cycling journey.
• Maintain store merchandising and restock products according to visual standards.
• Complete Daily Task List assignments and weekly Cycle Counts.
• Assemble or pre-assemble new bicycles and prep customer bikes for service.
