Job summary

You will develop sales and hospitality skills through training, participate in daily huddles, meet sales targets, learn about bikes and components, and keep store merchandising up to Trek standards.

Qualifications

• Develops sales and hospitality skills through training, role-playing and on-the-job experience.
• Learn about bikes, components, apparel, and technology.
• Participate in daily huddles and debriefs.
• Follow the Guide Sales Process to provide hospitality.
• Maintain Trek University Guide Status by completing Trek U modules.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual monthly and annual sales targets of at least $400,000 per fiscal year for full-time Sales Associates.
• Complete Daily Task List assignments.
• Maintain store merchandising per visual standards, including product placement and restocking.
• Assemble or pre-assemble new bicycles and prep customer bikes for service.
