Trek is seeking a DOTS Sales Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality to customers and guide them toward biking goals. You will help customers select bikes, parts, and gear while promoting Trek’s products.

Training and daily team huddles support you in achieving strong sales results and a high-quality customer experience. As a full-time role, you will contribute to merchandising and store operations, while continuing to learn about bikes, components, and Trek services.

• Eager to grow with the Trek team and learn our guides sales process.

Responsabilités

• Provide hospitality to customers and guide them through products and services.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets for full-time roles (target: at least $400,000 per fiscal year).
• Learn about bikes, components, apparel, and technology to advise customers effectively.
• Participate in daily huddles and follow the Trek Guide Sales Process.
• Assist with merchandising, cycle counts, and assembling/pre-assembling bicycles as needed.
