Responsibilities

• Develop sales and hospitality skills through training and on-the-job experience.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for full-time Sales Associates.
• Learn about bikes, components, apparel, and technology.
• Participate in daily huddles and debriefs.
• Use the Guide Sales Process to provide hospitality.
• Follow-up on Quotes and Lead List communications.
• Care for customers and act with integrity.
• Maintain Trek University Guide Status by completing Trek U modules.
• Assist with daily tasks, merchandising, cycle counts, and bike assembly.
