Job summary

Trek Store Beaver is seeking Sales Associates who provide exceptional hospitality to customers and guide them toward cycling goals. You’ll help customers from arrival to departure, ensuring a great riding experience and learning about our bikes and gear along the way.

In this role, you’ll train and work toward annual sales targets, participate in daily huddles, and support merchandising and bike assembly tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Hospitality-focused customer service experience is a plus.
• Ability to learn about bikes, components, apparel and technology.
• Willingness to develop sales skills through training and on-the-job experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop your sales and hospitality skills through training, role-playing and on-the-job experience.
• Achieve individual monthly and annual sales targets for full-time Sales Associates.
• Learn about bikes, components, apparel, and technology.
• Participate in daily huddles and debriefs.
• Use our Guide Sales Process to provide our customers with incredible hospitality.
• Follow through on Quotes and Lead List communications.
• Make decisions regarding customer care and doing the right thing for customers.
• Maintain Trek University Guide Status by completing Trek U modules.
• Assist with merchandising, inventory, and restocking; assemble bikes for delivery or service.
