Trek Store Walled Lake is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager in driving daily operations, providing exceptional hospitality to customers, and developing a high-performing team. You’ll lead training efforts, assist with hiring, and help manage merchandising and POS analytics to support a thriving, customer-focused bike shop.

• Prior retail leadership experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop leadership to support daily store operations and train employees.
• Participate in weekly service meetings and Sales process.
• Handle hiring/onboarding administrative duties.
• Assist in merchandising, price auditing and stock replenishment.
• Monitor store performance and trends using POS system.
