Job summary

Trek Store North Raleigh is looking for a DOTS Sales Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality and guide customers to cycling goals. You’ll engage shoppers from arrival to checkout, help with bikes, parts, and service, and ensure a memorable in-store experience.

Bring a positive, get-stuff-done attitude and a love for bikes. You will learn about bikes, components, apparel, and tech, participate in daily huddles, and support merchandising, stock, and bike prep for service.

Qualifications

• Retail or hospitality experience preferred.
• Passion for bikes and cycling industry is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through guest engagement.
• Learn about bikes, components, apparel, and technology.
• Participate in daily huddles and use the Guide Sales Process.
• Assist with quotes, lead lists, and follow-up communications.
• Maintain store merchandising, restock, and prepare bikes for service.
