Job summary

Trek Store Wicker Park in Chicago is seeking a Service Technician/Advisor to care for bikes, troubleshoot repairs, and service on-site. You’ll install accessories, work with new model bikes, and build relationships with customers who trust you to keep their gear running smoothly.

We value hospitality, strong communication, and leadership to support the Service Manager and represent the department when needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and hospitality.

• Ability to troubleshoot bike issues and explain repairs.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot repairs and service bikes on site.
• Install accessories customers select for their new bike.
• Handle brand new models before they hit the floor.
• Build relationships with customers and be the face of the department when needed.
