Job summary

Boyne Resorts’ Big Sky Resort seeks a friendly, customer-service oriented Mountain Bike Rental Technician to greet guests, help with bike rentals and coaching options, and share trail knowledge for transformational mountain experiences.

You will assist with equipment outfitting and occasional maintenance, supporting the rental team to ensure smooth operations on the mountain. Cash handling and care of valuable gear are involved.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous downhill and cross-country mountain biking experience.
• Knowledge and experience in bike maintenance and repair.

Responsibilities

• Handle sales transactions.
• Assist guests in bike selection and orientation along with helmet and pad outfitting.
• Provide information and support regarding biking at Big Sky Resort.
• Assist with bike and trail maintenance.
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
• Position requires cash handling, responsible for expensive equipment and confidential information.
